It's Almost two weeks after my last entry. I'm still sore. I went skiing yesterday and had a collision with one of the people I was skiing with. Oops, we're both ok from what I know of, just sore. I hope she's not to mad at me, I was falling and so kinda out of control. My bottom is bruised. I love sitting on hard campus chairs when it's not fun to sit.
I'm going climbing tonight again, like normal for a monday night and then I'm going to go play broom ball. The team needs me, or something. We have to have 2 girls to play for the team every week cause we're a coed team. So I have that going on. I have a lot to do for school too. I want a break now, not in a month. I suppose I should go eat some lunch or something. I'm going to go find some pads for broomball. My elbow is still sore from two weeks ago too. Oh well. More later.

I never new I could hurt this much...physically! It's not to bad, I spose, it's just been a while since my youth where climbing trees, and falling out of them was normal. Oh, and don't forget the falling off the bike, the wrestling with cousins, and the other dings and scrapes you get as a kid. I have many of them again, for acting like a kid with my activities, but none of that childish resistance to it. I played broomball for the first time last night. FUN, but painful. I want the nice real shoes that they wear, or at least elbow pads and knee pads. My elbow is so sore that I can't set it down anywhere, except fuzzy things, and I can't put weight on it when I do put it on fuzzy things. For example, lifting myself off the loveseat using my elbow---nope! My knee has a bruise on top of an bruise, on top of a bruise. Forgot that was possible too. It's pretty colors. My chins aren;t so bruised from skiing anymore, but my hip and leg still are from other activities of mine--like climbing. Sheesh!
Tonight is the first night I really haven't done much lately. I am doing homework (blogging is writing, and I have a rhetoric class, which this has nothing to do with, but I'm pretending that blogging is also homework), I'm doing housework...well thinking about doing housework. And, I'm seriously considering a nap! I know, it's already 6:30 at night, but I'm tired, and I deserve one! Ok, before I talk myself into a nap and out of the homework and such I had planned for this eveing I had better either say something here or go away and actually start. My am I a good procrastinator! Ooh, and I have to move my car tonight. Ok, I'm going to go do homework. Goodbye for now from this slightly flighty writer!

Updates galore!
Didn't do very much homework this weekend, BAD me! I had fun instead. I have to live right?!? (really, you should agree with me on this one, expecially anyone who has to go to something that begins with the letter C during the week!) So I had much fun. Friday I went climbing and then went to Lance's to work on my skis. 2.5 hours later they were ready to be played upon. Saturday I went skiing with Lance and Erin and Will, and then Lance's sister and Dad met us later. Skied for 12 hours, or rather, had boots on for that long. Good fun. I had a blast. Erin and Will had never skied before, but each caught on pretty well, and both want to go again-so yay. First half of the day was mostly green runs and everyone getting used to the snow again. I had an...experience...with a snow board. It was fun to try, but I didn't make it very far, cause the boots didn't fit the binding right, so I decided to use it as a sled instead. All the way down, speed, excitement, danger (those little orange fences can sneak up on you). Then I put it away and went back to skiing. Sunday I went to breakfast with Will and Lance and Erin, and then I made banana bread, and then I went to the Seconds Before, Casanatra, and Down and Above show at the 7th Street Entry. Great times!!! Went to the early show because I had stuff to do taht night, and wanted to go to bed early, and it was nasty icky weather out. (Although snow is beautiful and makes skiing more fun, I do not like driving in it with the wonderful idiocy passes for thought of some Minnesota drivers.) I had never seen Seconds Before or Casanatra before, and I have decided I like both, and will go see more of their shows. Down and Above played great again, as usual, and I loved the new song!!! No title yet I guess, but much energy and a bit of a different style. A good thing, I tend to lose interest in bands that can't or won't evolve. Next weekend I'm going to the Sue Generis show at the Hole on campus. That should be great too. (And don't forget the climbing, skating, skiing, lifting weights, homework, chillin, and procrastinating that has to happen between now and then) Hehe, I should really learn to budget my time better....Like eating or doing homework right now instead of blogging. Oh well, here's to Carpe Diem!
